An Illinois appeals court upheld the dismissal of former NFL players’ suit seeking to hold the manufacturers and designers of their helmets liable for failure to warn them of the danger of concussions. 

CHICAGO – An Illinois appeals court affirmed dismissal of a suit by former NFL players seeking to hold the manufacturers and designers of their helmets liable for failure to warn them of the danger of concussions. 

The suit is barred by a two-year statute of limitations.
