ALBANY, N.Y. — The New York Court of Appeals agreed with a lower court that “gateway” questions in former NFL player Darrelle Revis’ suit against his former sports agents must be resolved by an arbitrator. Revis’ suit claims the agents reworked his contract to fraudulently claim half of his profits from a beverage company endorsement.
