FOIA Fees

WASHINGTON — A federal judge awarded $20,000 in attorneys' fees — one-fifth the amount requested — to the Electronic Privacy Information Center for prevailing in its efforts to obtain Homeland Security documents that map out the protocol for shutting down wireless networks during emergencies to prevent the remote detonation of explosive devices.
