Flying U.S. Hunters Hurt Her, Rancher Says

PORTLAND, ORE. (CN) - A rancher sued the United States in Federal Court, claiming she suffered a collapsed lung, three broken ribs and other injuries on her own land from her own horse that was spooked by a U.S. Department of Agriculture plane buzzing her ranch, with no notice, so two USDA employees could shoot animals from the air.
