Flu Vaccine

Although “underwhelmed” with NYU Winthrop Hospital’s position that masks may not be effective in preventing transmission of the flu, a federal court in New York ruled in favor of the hospital in a discrimination suit brought by a woman who was fired for refusing to comply with a mandatory flu vaccine policy while she was pregnant.
