Florida’s gun sales

ATLANTA — The Eleventh Circuit agreed to rehear the appeal en banc of a case filed by the National Rifle Association concerning Florida’s minimum age for purchasing firearms, which was raised to 21 after the 2019 school shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School.
