ATLANTA — The 11th Circuit upheld the denial of Florida’s request for a preliminary injunction to block a federal rule requiring health care workers to be vaccinated against Covid-19. The court ruled it had jurisdiction to proceed in the case, even though a federal court in Louisiana recently barred the federal government from enforcing the rule nationwide.
