Florida ‘Craigslist Killer’

“Craigslist killer” David Kelsey Sparre is not entitled to habeas relief, the Florida Supreme Court ruled. After meeting 21-year-old Tiara Pool on the website, Sparre stabbed her to death in her apartment and stole some of her things, including her car.
