FLORIDA COURTS OF APPEAL

MIRANDA, ATTORNEYS - Defendant claimed that he was not given notice of his right to counsel during questions from detectives over a firearm violation. The Florida Courts of Appeal found that detectives only notified defendant he was entitled to counsel before the questions and failed to inform him he was entitled to counsel during questions.
