TALLAHASSEE — A Florida federal court denied public university professors’ request for an injunction that would block the enforcement of SB 266, which allegedly censors what educators may teach in class at the threat of defunding. They were unable to convince the court that they have standing to bring the claim because they could not show specific restrictions or censorship they face.
