Florida business sues over Trump's tariffs

PENSACOLA, Fla. — A small business in Florida has sued the Trump administration, accusing the president of violating the Constitution by imposing tariffs on all imports from China. The company says Trump improperly bypassed Congress using a statute that "does not even mention tariffs, nor does it say anything else suggesting it authorizes presidents to tax American citizens."
