Florida Ballot

A Florida appeals court ruled that the way candidates’ names are listed on ballots in the state is unconstitutional. Currently, the party in control of the governorship has its candidates listed first in every race and evidence shows the first-listed  candidates receive a 5 percentage-point advantage over their competitors.
