Flex Fuel Fail

A federal judge dismissed a consumer class action claiming General Motors’ Flex Fuel vehicles, supposedly designed to operate on E85 ethanol fuel, must be periodically filled with gasoline to prevent engine damage. The consumer did not give GM adequate opportunity to address the problem before filing suit.
