The Center for Biological Diversity claims in a federal lawsuit that the Environmental Protection Agency has failed to comply with its request seeking records relating to the Seresto flea and tick collar, which the complaint claims is linked to more than “a thousand pet deaths, tens of thousands of injured animals, and hundreds of adverse episodes in exposed humans.”
