ATTORNEY FEES - An administrative law judge expelled Daniel Gopman's attorney from a hearingabout whether Gopman wasqualified fora Bright Futures scholarship, becausethe attorney's unrulybehavior disrupted theproceeding's decorum. The Florida Court of Appeals held that Gopman should pay appellate attorney fees for claiming the disqualification was an "exercise of judicial contempt power," an argument that clearly lacked merit.
