    ATTORNEY FEES – An administrative law judge expelled Daniel Gopman’s attorney from a hearing about whether Gopman was qualified for a Bright Futures scholarship, because the attorney’s unruly behavior disrupted the proceeding’s decorum. The Florida Court of Appeals held that Gopman should pay appellate attorney fees for claiming the disqualification was an “exercise of judicial contempt power,” an argument that clearly lacked merit.
