FKGAS

A federal judge enjoined the state of Rhode Island from recalling a Tesla driver’s vanity license plate that reads “FKGAS.” Vanity plates are the “very essence” of personal expression, and the public interest will not be harmed by allowing the driver to keep his plate until the court can rule on the merits of his case.
