LUXEMBOURG – The European Court of Justice upheld antitrust fines against the railway Deutsche Bahn, Panalpina World Transport, Schenker, and Kuhne + Nagel International — all of which were found to have fixed prices in the international air freight forwarding services sector. The Kuhn + Nagel ruling is not available in English.
