Tony Rizzo, who says he's known as the "grandfather of muskie fishing," says South Bend Sporting Goods, Pamida Stores, Wal-Mart and others violate his trademark and use his name without permission to sell fishing lures, in Madison, Wisc., Federal Court.
Rizzo also sued Maurice Sporting Goods, Blain's Farm & Fleet, and Mills Fleet Farm.
