Kevin Cramer, R-N.D., and then-Interior Secretary Ryan Zinke.

CARRINGTON, N.D. – The nonprofit Western Values Project sued a North Dakota conservancy district for records pertaining to its hiring of now-Interior Secretary David Bernhardt as legal representation and information about a meeting between then-U.S. Rep. Kevin Cramer, R-N.D., and then-Interior Secretary Ryan Zinke.
