Fishing Charters

A federal court in Louisiana certified a class of charter boat owners and captains who take people fishing in the Gulf of Mexico who say they are harmed by a government rule that requires Gulf for-hire boat owners to submit electronic fishing reports before offloading fish or within 30 minutes after the end of trips if no fish were caught, and to have certain hardware and software with GPS location capabilities.
