First Amendment vs. copyright law

WASHINGTON — The D.C. Circuit upheld the constitutionality of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act against a challenge brought by two coders who allege it violates their First Amendment right to instruct others how to write code intended to bypass technology security measures.
