Fired Worker Sues Larry Flynt’s Daughter

LOS ANGELES (CN) - The former manager of a "Hustler" store claims Larry Flynt's daughter sexually harassed him, and Flynt's company blew off his complaints about her "unwanted sexual advances," and fired him.

Steven Prescott, a former retail manager, sued Hustler Sunset LLC, Theresa Flynt and several of her father's corporate entities, including HH Entertainment, Flynt Management Group, and LFP Publishing Group.

In his Superior Court complaint, Prescott claims Theresa Flynt touched and caressed him and made "sexually suggestive comments" almost daily.

He adds that Theresa Flynt, while drunk, cornered him at a promotional event he was attending with his girlfriend, Jamie, and told him: "You make sure Jamie wears those shoes while you fuck her tonight."

Prescott claims Flynt sent him a late-night text message that said, "I want you ... Now."

He claims that "Flynt knew full well she crossed the line. ... In fact, at times she would frankly acknowledge: 'OMG ... I'm totally sexually harassing you right now.'"

Prescott claims that during his time at Hustler he "observed an unfortunate trend" of sexual harassment by Flynt and extended members of her family.

"Despite defendant Hustler maintaining a so-called 'strict' anti-fraternization policy within its stores, Flynt family members or friends were permitted to violate this policy with impunity - just like they were allowed to sexually harass other employees without consequence," according to the complaint.

"When he objected or protested, defendant Flynt retaliated by punishing him, such as by ignoring him, being short with him, or even worse, by reneging on a promised promotion to director of stores, giving the job instead to someone else," the complaint adds.

Prescott seeks lost earnings and punitive damages for eight claims, including sexual battery, wrongful firing, defamation, harassment, retaliation and Labor Code violations. He is represented by David deRubertis of Studio City.
