BROOKLYN — Ilene Steur, who was wounded in the April 12 subway shooting in Brooklyn, New York, is suing gunmaker Glock, claiming it should have known that its “marketing, promotion, distribution, importation, and sale of firearms,” including the one the Brooklyn shooter used, would “likely result” in injuries such as she suffered.
