Fining Moody’s

PARIS — The European Securities and Markets Authority imposed $4.3 million in fines Tuesday against five European subsidiaries of Moody's credit ratings agency for their breaches of conflict-of-interest rules.

French, Italian, German, Spanish and U.K. entities all face fines.
