Fiduciary duty

MANHATTAN — The Second Circuit upheld the dismissal of a suit against former President Donald Trump brought by an attorney who claimed that being a “citizen and taxpayer was akin to being a shareholder” and that Trump had breached a fiduciary duty to the country.
