Feud Over Dance DVDs Stepped Up

MANHATTAN (CN) - Stomping on the Yard sued Dem Boyz Step, claiming that despite Dem Boyz' protests, their contract gives Stomping the right to sell DVDs of the 2006 National Step Show Competition. Stomping says it organized the contest and Dem Boyz assigned it the rights. Stepping is a dance form in which steppers use their entire bodies as musical instruments.

Stomping on the Yard is represented in Federal Court by Sandy Roberts of Washington, D.C.
