Feds Sued Over Management of Bison Range

WASHINGTON (CN) - The Blue Goose Alliance, of New Mexico, says the Secretary of the Interior should not be allowed to turn over management of the National Bison Range in Montana to the Salish and Kootenai tribes. The Alliance says the deal was cut without proper public input and violates the Endangered Species Act and other laws, including those governing National Wildlife Refuges.
