Feds Shut Down Seafood Supplier

MINNEAPOLIS (CN) - Federal prosecutors demand Captain's Select Seafood be shut down after failing four inspections, due to the danger of infecting its customer with e. coli, listeria, staphylococcus and botulinum infections. Uncle Sam says the defendant repeatedly promised to clean it up, but failed to do so.
