Feds Report on Fraud in College Aid

WASHINGTON (CN) - The FTC, the Justice Department and the Department of Education issued their annual report to Congress on the College Scholarship Fraud Prevention Act, describing the agencies' attempts to fight fraud in scholarships and financial aid - particularly, scams that "guarantee" money for college in exchange for a fee.
