Feds OK Illegal Clear-Cutting|In National Forest, Group Says

SACRAMENTO (CN) - The U.S. Forest Service illegally authorized commercial clear-cutting on 4,370 acres in Plumas National Forest, including old-growth trees, the Earth Island Institute claims in Federal Court. It claims the Moonlight Roadside Logging Project violates environmental laws substantively and procedurally.
