MANHATTAN - Federal agents arrested Tibor Liska and Blake Bohinc on Tuesday on charges of using the Internet to sell the active ingredient in Viagra as "Boom!," a supposed "herbal supplement." Liska, 47, of Ocean, N.J., and Bohinc, 50, of Holmdel, N.J., imported the drug, sildenafil citrate, from China, mixed it with chocolate powder, claimed their dope was "far safer" than Viagra, and sold it under false pretenses, without warning that it can, for example, cause blindness.
