Feds Go After Madoff’s Wife’s Assets

MANHATTAN (CN) - Federal prosecutors will seek forfeiture of more than $62 million in assets of Bernard Madoff's wife, Ruth, according to a 3-page filing. Listed as subject to seizure are the Madoff's E. 64th Street apartment, houses in Montauk, Palm Beach, and Cap D'Antibes, a 70-foot yacht, three other boats, four cars, and more than $62 million in cash and securities.
