Federal Raids on Medical Marijuana Dispensaries Will Stop, Attorney General Says

WASHINGTON (CN) - Attorney General Eric Holder said Wednesday that federal agents will no longer raid medical marijuana dispensaries that comply with state laws, overturning a Bush administration policy that caused headaches for victims of cancer, glaucoma and chronic pain.

Holder said the feds will target only dispensaries that "use medical marijuana laws as a shield" for drug dealing.
