Federal Prosecutors Sue ‘Dr. Poof’

KANSAS CITY, MO. (CN) - Allen Davison sold "increasingly aggressive" and fraudulenttax-reduction schemes nationwide, using "sham management companies," "bogus deductions," and other ruses, prosecutors say in Federal Court. Prosecutors also sued Davison's partner, A. Blair Stover, in St. Joseph Federal Court, on similar allegations. Prosecutors say Davison is known as "Dr. Poof," for his ability to "make customers' tax liabilities disappear."
