Federal Prosecutor Says Bosses Ruined Him

ANCHORAGE (CN) - A 20-year assistant U.S. Attorneyclaims he suffered post-traumatic stress when his bossesbanishedhim from the courthouse.

A career drug prosecutor, Mark Rosenbaum demands damages from Attorney General Michael Mukasey, from U.S. Attorney Timothy Burgess, Assistant U.S. Attorney Deborah Smith, and Federal Protection Service Officer Steven Skrocki, whom, he says, ruined him after a distinguished career that included threats of death from unknown people because of his work.

The complaint does not say why he was banished from the courthouse.
