EMPLOYMENT - The Federal Circuit dismissed a wage claim brought by a group of federal Bureau of Prison employees who claimed they were entitled to overtime pay for waiting in line at a control center at the beginning of their shifts. The wait time was less than 10 minutes a day, by the court's calculations.
