TRADE – The Department of Commerce sought to reinstate its original anti-dumping order issued against stainless steel wire rods from India in 1993. The Federal Circuit found that the Court of International Trade improperly set aside the department’s decision to collapse entities as a single entity for the purpose of calculating anti-dumping margins. Reversed. See ruling.
