CONTRACT, LABOR - The Federal Circuit has thrown out a labor complaint accusing the Social Security Administration of failing to pay its employees overtime wages. J. Bryson affirmed dismissal of the claim that the administration had breached a collective bargaining agreement with the American Federation of Government Employees. See ruling.
