FDIC Wants Money

WEST PALM BEACH - The FDIC sued seven directors of the collapsed Sun American Bank for $12.6 million; click headline to see defendants in Federal Court.

Here are the directors the FDIC sued for the March 2010 bank collapse: Hugo A. Castro (president), Robert K. Garrett (executive VP), Michael E. Golden (CEO), Leonard F. Marinello, Robert L. Nichols, Stephen L. Perrone, and Alberto Valle.
