FDIC Sues Bank Execs

CHICAGO - The FDIC sued 10 former officers of Mutual Bank, and the bank's attorney, to recover $115 million lost on bad real estate loans, "$10.5 million in unlawful dividend payments, and $1.09 million in wasted corporate assets."
