FCC Reviews Exclusive Contract Provisions

WASHINGTON (CN) - The Federal Communications Commission seeks comment on whether it should retain, sunset, or relax the prohibition on exclusive contracts involving satellite-delivered, cable-affiliated programming.

The current prohibition is scheduled to expire on October 5.
