WASHINGTON (CN) - The Federal Communications Commission announced a new regulatory fee schedule to capture the $339.8 million Congress appropriated for the commission for 2012.
The Communications Act, which established the FCC, requires the commission to recoup the costs of "enforcement activities, policy and rulemaking activities, user information services, and international activities, from the entities it regulates.
