WASHINGTON (CN) – The Federal Communications Commission has adopted an initial set of rules creating the foundation for a nationwide interoperable public safety broadband network. The rules establish a common air interface for 700 MHz public safety broadband networks, so police, ambulance services, and other public safety entities may work together more easily.
