A federal court in Minnesota ruled in favor of two farm wineries challenging a statute that requires them to produce wine “with a majority of the ingredients grown or produced” in the state, finding that the statute violates the dormant Commerce Clause of the U.S. Constitution.

ST. PAUL, Minn. — A federal court in Minnesota ruled in favor of two farm wineries challenging a statute that requires them to produce wine “with a majority of the ingredients grown or produced” in the state, finding that the statute violates the dormant Commerce Clause of the U.S. Constitution.
