SAN FRANCISCO – A federal judge again dismissed part of fair-housing advocates’ lawsuit accusing Fannie Mae of neglecting its responsibility to ensure maintenance of foreclosed homes – particularly in neighborhoods of color – finding the plaintiffs still have not shown intent on the part of Fannie Mae.
