Fan Claims Chris Brown|Assaulted Her After Show

SANTA ANA, Calif. (CN) - R&B star Chris Brown assaulted and battered a woman after a concert and the club security threatened to call police when she asked for an ambulance, the woman claims in court.

Deanna Gines sued Chris Brown, Royal Entertainment and Heat Ultra Lounge, in Orange County Court.

Gines claims she had a VIP pass for Brown's show at the Heat Ultra Lounge in Anaheim on June 22.

"After Mr. Brown's show near closing time for the Lounge, Mr. Brown became angry and intentionally shoved Ms. Gines to the ground causing her bodily injury and harm, including injury to her left knee," the lawsuit states.

It continues: "Immediately following the incident with Mr. Brown, staff security and employees of the Lounge moved Ms. Gines outside the Lounge and, acting on Mr. Brown's behalf, told Ms. Gines that she needed to leave and that she was being kicked out of the club because of the incident with Mr. Brown.

"Ms. Gines requested medical attention and that an ambulance be called to assist her but Lounge employees and security told Ms. Gines they would not call an ambulance but instead would be calling the police if she did not leave the premises immediately."

Gines demands punitive damages for assault, battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, negligence and premises liability.

She is represented by Stephen Madoni of Newport Beach.
