The American Civil Liberties Union on Friday said Homeland Security’s practice of separating asylum-seeking families is widespread, and amended a <a href="https://www.courthousenews.com/feds-sued-over-separation-of-asylum-seeking-family/">complaint</a> filed in February and <strong><a href="http://www.courthousenews.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/03/ACLU-Asylum-CLASS-ACTION.pdf">asked</a></strong> for class certification.
