VISTA, CALIF. (CN) - Morgan Stanley's senior vice president at its Rancho Santa Fe office, Gregory Grajek, defrauded a demented 95-year-old woman of her home; claimed to have "bought" it from her, while she was demented, for $475,000, though he listed the sale price as $47,500 in documents filed with San Diego County; "rented" the house back to her at $1,895 a month though she was living in a nursing home; sold the home for $1.2 million and kept the money; "borrowed" $350,000 from her trust, and otherwise abused her, in a series of acts of financial elder abuse that began in 2001 when she was hospitalized with a stroke and dementia, 10 days after her husband died, the woman's family claims in Superior Court.
