Family Accuses Warhol of Torture

(CN) - A family claims Andy Warhol and director Paul Morrissey tortured their late father when he was 14 years old by filming him while smoking pot and including the footage in their movie, "All Aboard to Dreamland Choo Choo." They said Morrissey and the Andy Warhol Foundation are still making money off DVDs of the movie.

Richard Toelk's daughter and two sons called the movie "child pornography" in their complaint in Philadelphia Federal Court.

Warhol and Morrissey made dozens of movies together during the '60s and '70s while working in Warhol's famous New York studio known as the Factory.

The pair filmed Toelk "throughout his teen-age years," his family says in Philadelphia Federal Court.

The family sued Morrissey, the Andy Warhol Foundation for the Visual Arts, Image Entertainment and Score-Sarx Company for invasion of privacy, claiming "All Aboard" made them suffer "great embarrassment and shame." They demand $300,000.

The family is represented by Anthony Sciolla of Jenkintown, Pa.
